jibjib android 0.0.6 fixed sinceId bug and handled unstable network

There is no new feature in #jibjib 0.0.6. Anyway, these 2 bugs has been fixed which it is worth to upgrade.
- Unstable network is handled gracefully. No more FC.
- sinceId bug is my bad. The result of this mistake is useless bandwidth consumption.
Upgrade now!
